1. Mustard greens are a cool season winter crop. 

 

2. Its young, tender, and green leaves are gathered when the plant reaches about 2 feet tall. 

 

3. If left alone, mustard can grow 4-5 feet tall.

 

4. When fully grown, the mustard plant grows golden, yellow flowers which make the mustard seeds. 

 

5. Mustard greens are full of many nutrients and are used to prevent diseases.
